SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched within a working weeks time. Please allow for half a month to one month for your order to arrive. The shipping time may vary dependent on your location(if it's in North America, it will be faster.). When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

RETURNS

All sales are considered final. However, we do accept returns for either refunds or exchanges, specifically for damage orders from transit.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions: To qualify for a refund or exchange, it is necessary to contact us via email at vluudesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged order.

This communication should clearly state the sustained damage. Following this, you can proceed by returning the damaged item to us. Upon our receipt of the damaged item, we will dispatch a replacement, provided it is available in our inventory. In instances where a replacement is not present, a refund amounting to 50% of the item's purchase price will be issued.
